Blind Cleaning

I have been cleaning window coverings in the Albuquerque area for more than 20 years. Most cleaning is done on-site at your home or business. (If it’s just a few shades, a minimum charge is incurred. There’s no minimum charge if you bring the items to us.)

We clean most brands and types of shades using a trailer-mounted ultrasonic machine, specifically designed for shades and blinds. It uses warm water and a mild detergent while sound emitters vibrate the water and blind to remove dirt and stains. The blind or shade is then rinsed and dried, then carefully re-hung.

Because wood blinds cannot get wet, we clean them by hand, slat by slat so they again look beautiful.

Cleaning will usually remove most stains, as well as the dust and dirt that accumulate over time in the blind. Pet stains will usually come out, although the fabric or paint on the shade or blind may have some damage from the alkalinity of pet urine. Blood and soot may not come clean.

We offer a “Satisfaction Guaranteed’ policy. If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning of a shade that we believe can be restored, we’ll either re-clean it or refund the cost of that shade. With more than 20 years of experience, we have hundreds of satisfied customers – and we are confident we can add you to that list!

Exceptions: We do not offer cleaning services on woven wood shades, Luminettes™, motorized shades or Roman shades.
